Milk Dairies

Our refrigeration systems for dairies are very efficiently working every where.

Revolution in Milk Dairies : We have developed Steam Boilers for Small Scale Dairies making biproducts such as Panneer, Khawa, Pedhas, Flavoured Milk , Lassi, Ghee etc. Initially all the milk heating process for milk bi-products was done with Diesel Bhatis & L.P.G. Gas Bhatis. It incurred heavy cost estimations. (ie.- For processing 1000 Litres. of milk to bi-products it took Rs- 1100/-). The heating process was a burden to our Indian economy, draining our precious Diesel & Gas, subsequently incurring heavy losses to the nation in few crores every year. Where as our Steam Boiler which runs on agricultural waste, packing waste etc. incures a cost of Rs- 200/- for processing 1000 Litres of milk to bi-products. A saving of about 80/85 %. Hence we save crores of rupees a year. Also the milk products quality & taste on Steam is far better. Installation of boilers is in process to many dairies.

Poultry Feed Mills

Poultry feed mills which are manufactured and supplied to the poultry farmers in rural areas have created selfemployment to many youths. They manufacture their own feed for poultries. Educated young farmers have set them poultry farms in rural areas. Our feed mills, economical & easy to operate, have enhanced their Profits.

Oil Extraction Units:

Citronella, Geranium, Pachouli are the herbal grasses grows in rural areas. The youth in rural areas plant these grass in their fields. We manufacture & Supply the Oil Extraction plants to these farmers. With this unit they distill the grass & extract oil from Citronella, Geranium, Pachouli. These Oils are used in Soap industries, Detergents, Phenyles, Agarbatties, Mosquito Repellents etc. Which earn good profits & overall boost the rural economy & create self employment.

CHEMICAL PLANTS:

We manufacture, supply, erect and commission the chemical plants. These plants are mainly manufacturing organic stabilizers for P.V.C. Products. Also Chemical plants for Ethanol, Distilleries, paints etc. We also manufacture & supply Petrol & Diesel tanks for Essar Oil Ltd. petrol pump outlets.

So we have developed the equipments for manufacturing organic fertilizers. The farmers have their own fertilizers and have good returns and also self employment.
